Using online services
Family Assistance Office online services provide you with a secure environment to complete some of your family assistance business. Online services are accessible from your home, office, personal computer or phone.
To access these online services, you will be transferred to a secure site hosted by Centrelink. When you finish, you will be returned to the homepage of the Family Assistance Office website.
If this is first time you have used online services, you will need to register.
Once you have registered, you can log on to online services using your Customer Access Number (CAN), password, and your confirmed secret questions and answers.
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Logon page if:
- You know your Customer Access Number (CAN), and
- You have previously recorded at least three (3) secret questions and answers
If you have forgotten your Customer Access Number (CAN) or have not recorded any secret questions and answers, you will need to re-register.

| Family Tax Benefit Child Reviews | Complete your Family Tax Benefit Child Review if your child is within 2 weeks of turning 16 or 21 years old. |
| Advise Non-lodgement of Tax Return | Advise if you do not need to lodge a tax return with the Australian Taxation Office for any of the last three financial years. |
| Advise Return to Work | Advise you have returned to work after a period away from the workforce to care for a child. |

| Your accommodation details | View your current accommodation situation, such as home ownership status, how much rent you pay, and how much Rent Assistance you receive. |
